Jesus Christ For Everyone Foundation

"Ray of Hope" – An Ecosystem of Care for Children with Disabilities

Who We Are

Jesus Christ For Everyone Foundation is a public benefit organization registered in Bulgaria, based in Rakovski Municipality, Plovdiv Region.

Our mission is to provide material and emotional support to people in need – children and adults, in Bulgaria and abroad, regardless of their faith, ethnicity, gender, age, or social status.

Who We Support

  • Orphaned children, abandoned children, and children from poor families and minority communities, to enable them to study and successfully integrate into society.
  • People in disadvantaged positions and material need (including people with disabilities) with practical help, as well as psychological and spiritual support.

How We Work

  • We organize and conduct donation campaigns and humanitarian assistance, collecting and providing food, clothing, school supplies, financial aid, and humanitarian help.
  • We work in partnership with state and municipal institutions, other organizations, and Christian religious communities to reach more people in need.
  • We conduct volunteer actions, lectures, courses, and trainings to encourage charity, compassion, mutual aid, and care in the next generation.

We strive for a culture of mutual aid and respect for human dignity: we treat everyone who comes to us for material or emotional help with respect. We maintain active dialogue with the community to better understand their needs and respond in the most effective way.

Why this foundation exists

When I was 14, God healed me from severe epilepsy — after six months of prayer and three broken EEG machines. That miracle gave birth to the mission of JCFE.

Today, this foundation is my way of giving back to God a small part of what He gave me.

The "Ray of Hope" Model

"Ray of Hope" is our practical model for supporting children with disabilities and complex needs and their families.

We combine rehabilitation, educational support, art and play activities, parent counseling, and active community involvement, so that children are not isolated but participate as much as possible in kindergarten, school, and neighborhood life.

How This Looks in Practice

  • We work with children with cerebral palsy, autism, epilepsy, and intellectual disabilities, helping them develop daily life skills, communication, and educational participation.
  • We support parents through individual conversations, support groups, and practical assistance so they don't carry the burden alone.
  • We include volunteers, churches, specialists, and local institutions to build an ecosystem of care around each child, not just a separate service.

"Ray of Hope" is how the foundation's core values – charity, mutual aid, and respect for human dignity – are transformed into concrete daily care for the most vulnerable children and their families.

Why We Do This

Many families with children with disabilities live in isolation – between hospital, school, and home, without a place where they feel understood, supported, and accompanied in their daily struggles.

Often, the system views the child through their diagnosis rather than their potential, and parents are left alone to search for rehabilitation, support, and information fragmented across different services.

What Will Change Through "Ray of Hope"

  • Children gain a space where they develop communication, movement, and independence skills, rather than merely surviving between home and hospital care.
  • Parents find practical help, emotional support, and the feeling of not being alone, which improves their resilience and family quality of life.
  • The Community – schools, churches, institutions, and businesses in the city – begin to include these children instead of hiding them, building a more humane and welcoming community.

Where We Are Heading

We view "Ray of Hope" as the first step toward a more comprehensive ecosystem of care for children with disabilities and their families – in our city and beyond.

In the coming years, we want to develop the model through more sustainable day services, closer partnership with the municipality, schools, and health specialists, and the possibility of applying it in other Bulgarian cities.

Our long-term vision also includes expanding toward more intensive rehabilitation and structured support for young people with disabilities as they transition to more independent living.

We seek partners – institutions, churches, businesses, and individual donors – who share this vision and are ready to work with us to build an environment where no child and family in need is left alone.
