Testimony of Ivan Kisov
My name is Ivan. When I was just 4 years old, a heavy sentence was spoken over my life — the diagnosis of “morbus sacer,” a severe form of epilepsy.
What followed wasn’t just seizures. It was a childhood held hostage by fear, medications, and limitations. I was prescribed some of the strongest treatments available — Lepsiral , Diazepam, and Phenobarbital itself. These weren’t just medicines — they were heavy chains. They dulled my mind, numbed my emotions, and yet… the seizures remained.
My parents raised me in faith. They taught me that God sees everything and hears every prayer.
One day, at 14 years old, I spoke from the depths of my soul: “God, I can’t see You, but I believe You hear me. Please heal me.”
That wasn’t a prayer from the lips — it was a cry from the heart.
The very next week, I was scheduled for another EEG scan. After the test, the doctors told my parents: “No change.”
But I didn’t give up. I kept praying.
Six months later, I was called for another EEG. It was early in the morning. They did the test — but the machine malfunctioned. So they transferred me to a second hospital. Another machine. Same result: “This equipment isn’t reliable,” said the doctor.
My parents were overwhelmed and confused. But in reality… God was working.
I was sent to a third hospital. There, they used a brand new EEG machine. After the test, the doctor came out with the result and said:
“Clinically healthy.”
No new treatment. No updated medication plan. Just one prayer. And God answered.
Today I am completely healthy. I live in England and work as a truck driver. But I am not just someone who survived —
I am a witness of God's faithfulness.
God didn’t answer immediately. But He answered at the right time. Not through machines — but through His mercy.
I wasn’t healed because I was worthy — I was healed because God is merciful.
And if this testimony reaches even one heart that is weary, confused, or doubting, let it hear this:
He hears — even when you don’t speak. He sees — even when you walk in darkness. And He moves — even when everything feels broken.
With faith, Ivan Kisov
